Ellen Mary Lovejoy Orban Rogers age 70, of 1037 Forge Road, Mountain City, Tennessee passed away at home on Friday, April 6, 2018.

She was born on June 28, 1947 at home in Bordentown, NJ to the late Gerald and Claudine Lovejoy.

Ellen was educated in Bordentown schools and graduated from William Macfarland High school with honors. Ellen began her career at Bordentown Banking Company. She was a book keeper at AAA trucking, Garden State Land, and William Builder. Upon her retirement she moved to Tennessee to pursue her dream to breed and show award winning Staffordshire Terriers. She was an avid animal lover.

The daughter of the late Gerald and Claudine Lovejoy, she is predeceased by her first husband, Louis J. Orban III and her brother, Jerry Lovejoy Jr. Ellen is survived by her husband James Rogers of Tennessee, her daughters Michelle and Raymond Hartmann of Columbus, NJ, Kelly and Robert Schubert of Roebling, NJ, her son, Michael Orban, of Bordentown, her grandchildren, Jacob Mackenzie and Danielle Hartmannn of Columbus,NJ, Cody, Madison, and Skylar Schubert of Roebling, NJ., her sister, Carol and Rich Junz of Bordentown, her grandmother, Ruth Quistberg of Cape Coral, Florida, 10 nieces and nephews and 19 great nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Ellen’s life will be held on Friday April 20 2018 8:00pm at the Bordentown Home for Funerals 40 Crosswicks St. Bordentown Nj 08505. Friends and family may call Friday evening from 6:00pm until the time of Service. Interment will be private.
